Spanish cuisine

At Fogón we exclusively serve Spanish cuisine, specially prepared by Spanish Chef Alberto Herraiz.
Traditional Spanish dinners are known to be shared meals. The Fogón offers to experience their
menu with dishes set in the centre of the table, easy to share,
Spanish style and enjoyable for everyone who wishes to get know Alberto"s cuisine. 

Croquetas (Spanish croquettes)

A small savory breadcrumbed roll filled with various ingredients and deep-fried to your taste for maximum enjoyment.

“La tabla” is a selection of Iberian ham, cecina, chorizo and Vic sausage, served on a special board, 27€

Rice paella

The ingredients are chopped, mixed and cooked along with the rice in a precise order.
“The rice is infused with the overall flavour created by the ingredients, but you can taste the individual stamp of each product.” Alberto Herraiz.

Classic preparation (two people minimum).
