Les menus tableaux  - restaurant fogon

 

Passionate about the art of cooking and fascinated by paintings, Alberto decided to combine both passions into a gastronomic experience that he named “menus-tableaux” (the painted menus).

For nine months he proposed in his restaurant a monthly menu inspired by great masters of still-life paintings.

The works of Picasso, Miró and Velázquez, among others, served as an inspiration and guided our chef in this culinary and cultural voyage into French and Spanish gastronomy.
